1. Services Provided
The Mulberry Wedding offers professional wedding photography services for couples, including but not limited to:
- Pre-wedding photo shoots
- Wedding day photography
- Post-wedding shoots
- Digital photography packages and albums
- haldi & Mehndi
These Services are provided as described on our Website and in individual contracts signed with clients.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking: To book a photography session, clients must submit a booking form on our Website or contact us directly for further information.
- Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made as per the agreed terms outlined in the service contract.
- Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, please refer to the cancellation policy outlined in your contract. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Pricing and Taxes
Prices for all photography packages and services are listed on our Website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified. The final price will be confirmed in the service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Cooperation: The client agrees to cooperate with The Mulberry Wedding’s photographer(s) during the shoot, including following all logistical and creative instructions.
- Permissions: Clients must obtain permission for the use of any locations or venues used during the photography session. The Mulberry Wedding is not responsible for any legal issues arising from location use.
5. Copyright and Use of Images
- Ownership: All photographs taken by The Mulberry Wedding remain the property of The Mulberry Wedding unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract.
- Usage Rights: The client receives a license to use the images for personal use, including printing and sharing. Any commercial use of the images is prohibited unless agreed to in writing.
- Promotional Use: The Mulberry Wedding reserves the right to use photographs from your wedding for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform us before the shoot.
6. Delivery of Images
- Timeline: The final images will be delivered in a digital format within the timeframe agreed upon in the contract. The delivery may take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity and volume of the shoot.
- Albums and Prints: If an album or prints are included in your package, these will be delivered according to the specifications outlined in your service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
While The Mulberry Wedding takes every care to ensure high-quality photography, we cannot be held liable for issues that are out of our control, including but not limited to:
- Technical failures such as camera malfunctions, corrupted files, or loss of images.
- Acts of nature or accidents that affect the ability to perform photography services (e.g., extreme weather, venue restrictions).
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.
8. Privacy Policy
